For sh*ts and giggles
I give
good readings. Norse Tarot readings. The cards are my own design. I've been doing readings as "party favors" for 35 years. I've been doing readings quite successfully on the
Liquid Silver forum for quite awhile, too. When I was 13 years old I could have gone professional, but my mother, in her infinite wisdom, protected me from becoming a local media victim. She is a retired psychic minister. I grew up around this stuff! She taught me to share my gift and never to charge exorbitant amounts. I've been charging $5.00 for twenty years, or just doing that "party favor thing."
I'm going to start offering
personal, full readings via email to my blog visitors. Not three-card quickies like I do on the forum.
$5.00 per question (one question per reading, please). No "life and death" questions. Remember, readings are supposed to be fun! You can pay by paypal or you can buy one of my books, forward me the receipt at darragha @ gmail. com (no spaces) and I'll accept that as payment. If you want a three-card quickie for free, ask at the forum :)
Thank you, and I look forward to tossing the cards for you!

Draugur (The correct spelling) isn´t a vampire at all. It´s a ghost. Draugur just means ghost.
I´ve somtimes wondered if vampires could live in iceland as the day is 24 hours long in the summer time. I guess they would have to be sun resistent ;)
At least there are no vampires in icelandic folklore

Erm, I scared to ask, but what are necropants and do I want to know?
Draugur (although I have seen it spelled Draugr), according to Wikipedia:
Traits
All draugrs possess superhuman strength, the ability to increase their size at will and the unmistakable stench of decay. They were also noted for the ability to rise from the grave as wisps of smoke. The draugr slew their victims through various methods including crushing them with their enlarged forms, devouring their flesh, and drinking their blood. Animals feeding near the grave of a draugr were often driven mad by the creature's influence. [1]
Now, I ran into huldufolk while in Icelandic, and did fall into a ghost story--but if you have experience with a Draugur, please share it!
Takk fyrir Egill
Hi Darr,
Thanks for the link to your blog, hon. I've added you to my list of ~visit often~.

I liked the funny picture in my head associated with the word necropants much better than being faced with reality. Ugh. Have i mentioned i have a very imaginative, WEAK stomach? My tummy hurts. Curling up in a corner now. Shudder.
